I have tested it with another tenet that affects happiness with the number of national wonders using IGE, but it goes to 80 unhappiness, and it goes to -32 local city happiness.ĮDIT (IMPORTANT): Actually, adopting any tenet in the autocracy section with lower my happiness to 80 unhappiness, for some reason. My local happiness is normally 63, but when I adopt the tenet, it goes to -10 local city unhappiness. Because the Fortified Borders tenet gives happiness for every defense building, right now I should have around 88 happiness, but when I adopt the tenet it goes to 56 unhappiness, in exact opposite direction. So in my current heavily modded game, I adopt the Fortified Borders tenet of the Autocracy and my happiness goes in the exact opposite direction than it should.
