The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing casts you as the son of the legendary vampire slayer in a steampunk 19th century Europe. Well whaddaya know? Another Diablo-inflected action RPG with a monster mash theme. We'd love to go shooting and looting with this on Switch. However, its fantasy-horror theme (with a little Western stirred in) marks it out as being a little more interesting than your average Tolkien-meets- Warhammer nonsense. As the name suggests, Grim Dawn's world isn't a particularly bright and cheery place, which doesn't necessarily chime with Nintendo's console. More modern hacky-slashy RPG action that owes a debt to Diablo here. But for pure hacky-looty depth, it's a winner.
